Shipping Information

 

Processing Times

We are a Print on Demand company who work with "printify - Print on demand company" This company is US based.

We understand this can be a problem for UK, EU shoppers but we assure you that all our products are manufactured freshly for each individual order. From the moment you buy and your order is processed is the moment Printify will start working on your order.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All of our shipping is currently FREE!!! 

 

Estimated delivery times:

 

  • Standard: 4–8 business days

  • International: 8–22 business days

 

Please keep in mind that carriers sometimes experience delays due to weather, customs, or general busyness — we appreciate your patience.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package seems to be taking the scenic route:

 

  • Check the tracking link for updates

  • If it’s 10+ business days past the expected delivery window, reach out to us at thepuredgolfcompany@gmail.com and we’ll help get things sorted

 

 


 

 

Damaged on Arrival

 

We want you to be excited when your Pured package shows up, not disappointed. If your item arrives damaged:

 

  1. Take a quick photo of the damage

  2. Email it to thepuredgolfcompany@gmail.com along with your order number

  3. We’ll take care of it from there — whether that means a replacement or another solution that makes things right

 

 


 

 

Wrong Address Issues

 


If the address you entered at checkout isn’t correct, let us know as soon as possible at thepuredgolfcompany@gmail.com.

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually fix it quickly.


If the package has already shipped:

 

  • We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee rerouting

  • If the package is returned to us, we’re happy to reship it — just note that reshipping costs may apply

 

 


 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

30-Day Return Window

If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with packaging.


Start your return by emailing thepuredgolfcompany@gmail.com with your order number and what you’d like to return.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned:

 

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Anything clearly marked “non-returnable” on its product page

 


Return Shipping

 

  • If we made a mistake (wrong item, damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

 


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds take about 5–7 business days to appear on your original payment method. We’ll email you as soon as your refund is processed.


Exchanges
